1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

• All locations across India (including remote areas)
• Select international destinations (contact us for availability)
• Pin code serviceability can be checked at checkout

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday)
• Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays will be processed the next business day
• Custom formulations may require 3-5 business days for preparation
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped with tracking details

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times from order placement:

• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
• Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
• Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
• International Orders: 10-15 business days (subject to customs clearance)

4. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: On orders above ₹999 within India
• Standard Shipping: ₹50-100 (based on location and order weight)
• Express Shipping: Available in select cities for an additional charge
• International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

5. Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted courier services including India Post, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and DTDC to ensure safe and timely delivery. All shipments are trackable, and you will receive tracking information via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.

6. Order Tracking

• Track your order using the tracking ID sent to your email
• Check order status on our website under ‘My Orders’ section
• Contact customer support for any tracking assistance

7. Packaging

All products are carefully packaged with bubble wrap, corrugated boxes, and adequate cushioning to prevent damage during transit. Glass bottles and fragile items receive extra protective packaging. We use eco-friendly materials wherever possible.

8. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, or provide accurate delivery instructions. Returned packages due to non-availability will incur re-shipping charges.

9. Undelivered or Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors, building security, or family members. Contact us within 48 hours if you still cannot locate it. We will investigate with the courier partner and provide a resolution within 7 business days.

10. Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. Once an order is shipped, the address cannot be modified. Contact us immediately if you need to change the address before shipment. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
