RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Travancore Ayurveda, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. This policy outlines the terms for returns and refunds on our Ayurvedic products.

1. Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • Return request made within 7 days of delivery
  • Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all seals intact
  • Product is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered
  • Product has expired or will expire within 30 days of delivery
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories are included

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened or used products (oils, powders, tablets, capsules, syrups)
  • Personal care items (soaps, face creams, hair oils) once opened
  • Custom or personalized formulations prepared specifically for you
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale
  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery via email or phone
  • Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return
  • Share photos of damaged/defective products if applicable
  • Receive return authorization and shipping instructions from our team
  • Pack the product securely in original packaging and ship to our return address
  • Retain tracking information until your return is processed

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs except for damaged/defective products
  • Bank processing time may take an additional 5-7 business days

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will provide a full refund including return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately with photographic evidence, and we will arrange for pickup or provide a prepaid return label.
